How quickly is my server ready?
Once payment is confirmed, provisioning starts automatically as a background job. You can follow its progress in the customer panel and receive a notification when the server is running.
What kind of virtualization do you use?
Our cloud servers are KVM virtual machines. Each server runs its own kernel with the vCPU, memory and storage defined by its plan.
Do I get full root / administrator access?
Yes. You have full root access on Linux and administrator access on Windows images. If you lose access, you can reinstall the operating system from the panel and set a new root password or SSH key — note that reinstalling erases the server.
How does billing work?
Servers are billed per billing cycle using the prices shown on this page. Invoices are generated automatically and can be paid from your wallet or a supported payment gateway. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
Can I change the operating system later?
Yes. You can reinstall your server with any operating system available in its location. Reinstalling erases the data on the server.
