This policy explains what information Cloudie collects, why we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (stored only as a hash) and preferences.
- Identity verification data where required, such as your national ID.

- Service data: server specifications, assigned IP addresses, chosen operating system, SSH public keys and operation history.
- Support tickets and their attachments.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device, sign-in times and account security events.
2. How we use information
- To create your account and provide, provision and renew services.
- To issue invoices, process payments and manage your wallet.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To send essential notices about your account, services, invoices and maintenance.
- To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Logs
Sign-ins, security changes, service operations and financial transactions are logged with time and IP address for security and troubleshooting. Some of these events are visible to you on your account security page.
6. Data on your server
Content you store on your server is yours. We do not normally access it, except at your request for support, to investigate abuse or a security threat, or under a legal order.
7. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Server data is erased when the service is deleted. Financial records and some security logs may be kept after account closure for as long as tax and other laws require.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, encryption of sensitive data and optional two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

- View and update your account information in the customer panel.
- Request a copy of your personal data through a support ticket.
- Request account closure and deletion, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
