Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 Sept 2026

These terms govern your use of Cloudie, including virtual private servers (VPS), the customer panel, the wallet and support. Please read them before registering or placing an order.

1. Definitions

  • "Cloudie", "we" or "us": the provider operating this website and customer panel.
  • "You" or "customer": any person or organisation that creates an account or uses the services.
  • "Service": a virtual server and any related service ordered through the customer panel.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, placing an order or using the services you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Account and identity verification

  • Registration details (name, email, mobile number and, where required, national ID) must be accurate and your own.
  • Identity verification (national ID and a mobile number registered in your name) may be required before some services are enabled.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery codes and two-factor devices secure, and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You are responsible for everything you run or publish on your service. Use must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and of the country where the datacenter is located. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • Illegal content, including content defined as criminal under the Computer Crimes Law.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk email or SMS, and phishing.
  • Attacks, unauthorised scanning or intrusion, DDoS, brute-force attacks and distributing malware.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or other sustained use that degrades shared resources, unless agreed in writing.
  • Fraud, gambling, money laundering or any other criminal activity.

Following a valid abuse report or an order from a competent authority, we may restrict or suspend a service without prior notice and cooperate with the authorities as required by law.

5. Wallet, invoices and payment

  • Services are prepaid. Prices are shown in Rial or Toman and charged per the selected billing cycle.
  • Invoices can be paid from your wallet balance or through bank payment gateways connected to the Shaparak network.
  • VAT and other statutory charges, where applicable, are itemised on the invoice.
  • Wallet credit can only be used for services on this platform and is not a bank deposit.
  • Price changes never affect a period that has already been paid; they apply from the next renewal.

6. Renewal, suspension and termination

  • With auto-renew enabled, renewals are charged to your wallet on the due date. If the balance is insufficient, the invoice stays unpaid.
  • Services with unpaid renewal invoices are suspended after the grace period shown in the panel and, if still unpaid, deleted together with all their data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
  • We may suspend or terminate a service without notice for breach of these terms, a valid complaint, a legal order or a threat to our infrastructure.

7. Refunds

  • If we cannot provision an ordered service for technical reasons on our side, the amount paid is returned to your wallet.
  • No refunds are given for time already used, activated software licences, or services suspended or deleted for breach of these terms.
  • Withdrawal of wallet balance to a bank account is requested by ticket and paid only to a verified account (IBAN/Sheba) in the account holder’s name, less any bank fees.

8. Service level and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream network or datacenter incidents, restrictions imposed by authorities or national infrastructure, and events beyond our control may cause downtime.

Where a specific plan includes a service level agreement (SLA), its terms and any compensation are stated separately for that plan.

9. Backups and your data

You are responsible for backing up the data on your server. Unless backups are explicitly included in your plan, we are not obliged to keep or restore your data. Reinstalling the operating system or deleting a service permanently erases its data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudie's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data or business.

11. Support and notices

Support is provided through tickets in the customer panel during the published support hours and covers the infrastructure we provide, not the software you run on your server. Notices sent to the email, mobile number or panel of your account are considered delivered.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and material changes are announced by email or in the customer panel. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes are first addressed through support; otherwise the competent Iranian courts have jurisdiction.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through a support ticket or the channels listed on the Contact page.
